Is this a printed book or a digital book?

You receive a downloadable PDF. You can read it on a screen or print it at home or at your local print shop. A physical book is not shipped.

What kind of photo should I use?

One clear, well-lit photo with your child’s face visible, looking towards the camera. JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB. Avoid group photos, filters and sunglasses.

Can I read the story before buying?

Yes. The preview shows all 12 story pages with your child’s name. Cover samples are illustrative; your child’s custom artwork is created as part of fulfillment.

How long will my book take?

We are preparing for launch. The delivery estimate will be confirmed before checkout opens. The order page tracks payment and book preparation.

What happens to my child’s photo?

Your photo is stored privately by us and sent to Kie.ai and its image-generation providers to illustrate your book. It is not placed in our public gallery. The launch privacy notice will explain provider processing, retention and how to request deletion before paid orders open.
